It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. As a Health Coach, I create a supportive environment using bio-identity and holistic methods that enable you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.
Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.
In 1995 after hearing the doctor say you have a chronic illness which there is no known cure and we don't know what causes it I set out on a journey which has brought me here. I've lead support groups, became certified teaching classes and individuals how to manage chronic illness, spoke at corporate brown bag lunches, medical conventions and sat on panels concerning chronic illness.
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle and coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
